Is there anyother way to obtain the key to Nerano Manor?
I know that the keys are held by the head of Nerano Manor as well as his servant who is in the bar.
At my lvl pickpocketing is nearly impossible.
I was curious if there is another way.

You can also buy spells or potions from the alteration school that temporarily raise your Personality stat and Persuasion. Just in case they're not naturally up there with politicians.

OR..hehe..you can do the quest from the guy at Fort Moon or whatever it is there by Balmora. The quest is to have a bloodbath with the people inside the Council Club. Just so happens that one of the guys that has a key is one of those fixing to die Umm btw after the bloodbath proceed directly out of town and to the Fort so the guy can wipe your record clean

If you go to Nerano Manor you can kill the head of the manor - he is alone in his room and is not that tough a fight. The dudes in the council club lay a decent a** woopin - so I would avoid them.
