I guess I won't comment on the fact that I liked the movie Titanic and I like Celine Dion...

Yeerg...Elton John. *Shudder* My mum was a Princess Diana fan, so she went out and bought the "Official Commemorative album" of which Candle in the Wind was the main track.

It mysteriously disappeared a few days later... :D

Candle In The Wind is definitely the worst song ever made.

I wouldn't say it is the worst song ever - That horrid Canuck catawaling in that movie about a sinking ship takes that prize IMO.

It is not my favourite of tunes though.

on the **** singles front, I can confirm Mama Vood's opinion: Intensive Scientific Surveys Have Shown that Candle In The Wind *spits* is, indeed the worst song in the whole world ever.

Anyone remember Bryan Adams?

BTW, not to start a new topic, but Craig, you finally went and killed my Goody Killer. With tears in my eyes, I see the topic is now gone for good. What did I do to deserve such vile and evil treatment?? Do you people want me gone??

How about the petition to re-instate the Toronto polar bear hunt? :D

Note: on a sort of related topic (being serious now), a recent poll in the US today revealed that Americans don't think much of Canada. 56% said the UK is the biggest ally to the US, when it is arguably Canada (not to insult anyone from the UK, 18% said we were). 14% knew that we are actually their biggest trading partner. 14%! Also, 30% actually thought we were the 51st state in the US! Although most of the people who that were in the south of the US.

And don't get me started on Bush, I'm trying not to melt my igloo! ;)
