Berserker9/Thief and Assassin. Which one is your favourite and why?

An Assassin gets much a better backstab modifier then a Berserker/Thief though the latter will have much better combat prowess. It’s up to each individual to choose his personal preference.

@Manveru, did the Pope leave the board for some reason? He didn’t seem that bad in BG2 (our little war not withstanding ;) ) but I’ve heard others in SYM speaking ill of him. Did he cause trouble over there? I only recently started being a regular in SYM so I’m a little uninformed about its history.

@ kayless i don't know what he did wrong but maybe it's because he had the same sign as the moderators (i don't know if he become one, any one know something about that??)
but maybe they weren't to happy about that ??
i don't know but i think that is it.

Hey, I just thought of something. Are Stalkers allowed in the Guild? They are defined as follows: Stalkers serve as covert intelligence-gatherers, comfortable in both wilderness and urban settings. They are spies, informants and interrogators and their mastery of stealth makes them deadly opponents.
Special Abilities: Can backstab like a thief. Has small amount of mage spells.
Restrictions: Cannot wear armor greater then studded leather.

Sound like they’d make perfect Shadow Guild members despite being rangers. I’ll probably post this in the Shadow Mages too to see what they think. ;)

They can backstab and hide + some priest spell like find trap so they really can be great thieves.

Why do all the topics turn into SPAM eating contests? Can't we just let them die? Who wants BUMPY SPAM anyway? Am I asking enough questions? What do you think?
