Do not save right after u've made a nice potion when all u're alchemy items are out and ready for making a potion and then when you fail making a 2nd potion reload or u'll return minus all the alchemy items you had in that window and the herbs. It happened to me and I lost a grand master bowl and all master for the other 3 items. I save often so it's not that bad but it's still about 30 minutes back

In fact using alchemy is kindof buggy at least to me. I hit enter alot of times instead of clicking on ok for alot of stuff but I can't hit enter for ok in alchemy or it boots me everytime. I'm not complaining just telling everyone how it does me so it won't happen to you.

The getting booted isn't that big of a deal but the alchemy materials being gone for good is BAD news. I went to an older save and it was not a huge deal for me but I'm just letting everyone know so it doesn't happen to them.

I don't think it's alchemy though. When you save u're game I think it takes a screenshot of u're inventory and position and since my materials were in the create window at time of save they were removed from inventory at the time... therefore not saving them.

Just a guess but that's my take on the saving process... so make sure all windows with items in them are closed when saving just to be sure
