Where the heck is this town?

I am on an assassin mission. The directions tell me to go to Dagon Fel, go south past the dwemer ruins. Go west until I come to a branch and than take the branch southwest. When I reach the shoreline I am to go south. Town name is Shara or something similar. It's about the 10th writ I believe from the Morag Tong that has been given to me. I have scourered everywhere. Even the people do not even mention the town in the area. Perhaps the worst mission I have come across yet for the pure simple fact that the directions are horrible. I have spent over 3 hours trying to find this place.

Any help?

I am looking at the strategy guide right now - problem is there are very few landmarks to give you directions from. If you go to a landmark like a tomb, egg mine, etc - post where you are and I will try to get you directions from that point.

Wish there was a map coordinate system like in BG - maybe there is...

How about from Rotheran? That is a place due south of Dagon Fel. Either that or I can get to the santus shrine.

From either or

Or even from Dagon Fel would work too. Anywhere would be better than the directions in the quest.
