they never have any thing good

Um, no. But if you'd killed him, you'd probably remember it, unless of course you've been killing people everywhere. You'd have tons of guards after you.

i just kill every non evil mage around so i can be the best mage every and i still have a reputation of 19

I didn't kill any non-hostile magi and my character is still the best mage around. Once you get to the higher levels (with ToB) there aren't many enemy magi who can stand up to you anyway.

That's pretty good, but wait 'til you reach level 25 or so. You'll have all the spell slots you can get, and IIRC all the Level 10 spells too.

Do you have ToB?

The cowled wizards stop attacking after 5 'visits'. The last time, they send the most powerful members of their order; after these are gone they decide to leave you alone. Or maybe there's none left...?

i did have TOB when i tried to install it it crased my computer and i had to take it back for a nother one with is getting send from melbourne

Hey, another Aussie! Didn't notice that before.

Wait for ToB, then you'll definitely be the most powerful mage, excepting perhaps Elminster.

Heh, well if you go by storyline, im sure theres quite afew more mages more powerful than you than just Elminster (Well, thats before ToB anyway)
