now, if you want to create constant effect items, just create some low level items, use guild item maker if int and luck low, to boost your int and luck to very high levels....
then go trapping, sell and use summon spells and cheap gems to make a bundle....use item maker, and create two rings, exquisite, and use to make int and luck around 500 or so, and build up a mighty arsenal of uber toys to fight with.....
choose sorc and atronach birthsigns, and you should be invulnerable to magic.....
the sorc and atronach birthsign should accumulate, or just choose breton and atronach birth sign...if sorc and stronach stack, you can choose high elf and get all the benefits and no penalties....

with such a ring, and original dagger fall rules...(getting tomorrow, cant sleep!!!) you can create a super large battery of mana and create destruction spells unlike anything seen before...
stack sorc, atronach birthsign and breton, for the ultimate warriro class, i mean magic cant even touch you!!!!
