3 lich's at once? BS?

Post by genxooseven »

Alright, I went to school today and some guy I know starts talkin bout BG stuff. Next thing you know he starts sayin that he encountered 3 lich's at once before in a random battle in the Windspear Hills area (could've been in Domain of the Dragon) and I was like *cough*bullshi7*cough*. Anyways is it possible? I really doubt it, but I do know some tougher monsters start to appear at higher levels, but 3 liches at once common that has to be some bs. Well is it?

Yeah, sounds suspect to me. Although anything is possible with all the new mods being created.

Just tell this guy you encountered 4 Golden dragons in the government district and see what he says.

Actually the encounters in windspear hills depend on your character level. So if you have completed the underdark first and go with a level 16 party there is a good chance to meet 3 liches

Really, as level 20 monk I never encountered anything at all challenging in the Hills (the dragon only took 5 seconds to kill-literally).

Has anybody else had this sort of experience.

Maybe it was 3 orcs that embellished their way to a mighty ol lich for higher street cred.

I've done that quest at around 24th level and the hardest thing I found was an Ankheg. Of course, as Archeron said, you can do basically anything with mods.

He's gotta be bs'in. Just checked to make sure. Walked around Windspear Hills/Domain with a Lv.40 PC (clua'ed in xp) and I don't see any new enemies. Toughest encounter so far I noticed, was a group of 4 or 5 vamps in one area of Domain of the Dragon. Think they were always there if I can remember.
