HELP!!! need the console code for "silver staff of peace"

i found fast eddie in the house travanni quest, and i had tossed the silver staff of peace he needs as his badge....

if someone could PLEASE look up the item code for it in the tes editor, i would be very grateful....

or tell me where i can buy another one...
