I have already done a lot of the quests in chapter 2 so i would hate to start over. Here is how it goes.
I went to temple district, saw everyone argue, the cleric told me to follow him to Temple of Helm (and i am sure it was Helm, it sayz so in journal) to talk to me about the quest. I did not follow him because i was not ready to do the quest yet so i just left. I figured i would be able to talk to him later. Now after doing A LOT of quests, I am still in Chapter 2 and i went back to the temple of helm to get the quest. One problem. HE IS NOT THERE! Plus the Higher Watcher in the temple has nothing to say to me. I have searched the entire temple and even went into the sewers AND other Temples. I want to do the quest and get Keldorn in my party. Answers to one, the other, or both would be helpful even if I have to cheat.
Thank You!!!
Tyler
Cant find Cleric to talk to for Unseeing Eye Quest
The High Watcher is the one that you're supposed to talk to about the quest - does he say anything to you when you talked to him?
Not too sure what the problem is, but try the following:
- Go to the folder where you installed BG2
- Open the file baldur.ini with NotePad
- Add in the line Debug Mode=1 under [Program Options]
- Save and close; then start BG2, and load your save game
- Press CTRL + SPACE and type in:
- CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("BeholderPlot","GLOBAL",0), press ENTER
- CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("NoHelpBeholder","GLOBAL",0), press ENTER
Now try talking to him with your character - the one you made, not the NPCs that you picked up.
