Just curious but in many of the ancestor tombs that you explore you find stuff like ashes of blah blah or the skull of so-and-so. Does any of that junk matter? I have never seen an NPC asking about this stuff is it more filler or needed? Note not really looking for a spoiler here just a yes or no will be fine.

Only one quest I have done so far that requests for a certain person's skull. So yes.
