cash flow problem

I was in kind of a spot, and used a console command to get a little quick cash. But since then, when buying and selling, my money goes neither up nor down. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, can it be fixed.

I ran into this problem using one of the earlier versions of "Beasts of Burden" (one of the packguar mods). The only way I could fix it was to just -wait for it...- drop my entire stash of money in the river

. Once I didn't have the 'dirty money' anymore I sold something to a merchant and all was well.

Note: I tried to just put the money down, and after buying something from an NPC, picked it up again, but the problem remained. Sorry, I don't know another way to fix this...

What the heck, I'll try it. I have downloaded the 'fence' MOD so I can finally sell some high end items now anyway. Thanks for your help Sirius.
