Planning today for the world of tomorrow.

What exactly are you going to do with the internet once you download it?

(I see a retirement fund in the works here)

You can try, so far I've done loads of naughty things and haven't been punished yet...for some reason I feel assured that nothing bad will happen to me :D

And both my kittens have grown up and are now grumpy old cats.

I can't believe you're slandering me this way, Vivien (or is it libel since a forum is written?). I've never offered to pay money to film someone doing naughty things to a kitten or bunny.
See? This is why you're untrusworthy :) *hug*

Judging by the fact that you're leaving us to the tender mercies of Georgi, this appears extremely unlikely. ;)

*Moves Viv's name off a list containing people like Fable and CE, and onto one with people like Weasel and Grunty.*

As far as punishments go, I'm sure there would be no shortage of volunteers to spank you for your naughtiness... ;)

You wound me, Vivien; it's a good thing I have so much self-esteem. On the flip side of that, do you really want to group me, Mr Sleep and Gruntboy together? Maybe we could from the GameBanshee Axis of Almost-as-Evil-as-High-Tyrant-Weasel and our triumvirate will be feared throughout the forums . . .

So, Sleepy, I thought you only had a 56k - can you tell me how to get 41.2 Kb/s out of my modem?

I also have access to ISDN and a 2MB line....just not at home, we also don't ever use the 2MB line due to config issues, that quite happily does 41.2 ;) :D at home i'd be lucky to get .412 ;) :D

Nothing to do with lists

LOL

@Sleep, 41.2kbps it's a fairly good d/l speed though :rolleyes: :D

close this dialogue box when download completes :D

Strangely enough, that's exactly what I'm trying to do :D

FilePlanet? ROFL! I'd happily get in a 500-person queue at the London, England server to download a 24,000 terabyte file. Sure, no problem. It's the looking at the same half-screen advert for a month that would get on my nerves :D

EDIT - By the way, Dottie, congratulations on the 1k posts. Feel free to come into the Rolling Thunder (currently long-term parked in Beldin's birthday thread) and celebrate there :) Just watch for my unconscious form when you walk through the door :p
