- Fotify Enchant 7pt for 30 sec. when used. Just got it. Now i wonder if there are other items of such sort.

Oh, yes. There are numerous fortifying items around: for example, the Ring of Thievery, which fortifies personality, agility, and something else (I forget what). Remember, the more Enchant skill you have, the more effectively you use the charges in enchanted items: good reason to raise the Enchant skill even if it's only a miscellaneous skill of yours.

do the sanguine quests for the tong, and once you finsih, hint book is almost necessary...

you get the mephala skill spell, the only way to get

fortify skills and fortify attack spell effects in game...

make a ring that fortify whatever you want for about 20-30 seconds.....

Well,

in fact i was thinking along the lines of enchantment skill.
As for sanguine - it's a quest what
1) takes a lot of time <sight>,
2) almost impossible without spoilers or editor;

one migt use AddSpell instead as well...
3) the fruits of victory come when there's almost no need of them - as always
