Im in a diamond mine i make myself invisible then while my sneak icon is on and i steal some diamonds but i still get reported. does invis go off if u do anything? should i use cameleon. and i have x box version so if there r patches i cant use them.

Yes.
And remember that stealing stuff is checked against your Security, not your Sneak. So you might be successfully sneaking around the diamond mine, but then fail miserably to swipe some rocks.
