good high value tools made by enchanting objects...what you all have...

Post by UserUnfriendly »

ok, here are some common tools we all make ourselves with the guild enchanters and some new ones...

everybody got your constant effect levitation amulet??? just too handy for moving around and getting to places...

but add a constant effect lev ebony staff, and you really have something handy....it wont replace the amulet or ring, but when you drop down a ravine, and you dont want to open up the inventory screen, just press next weapon and you can get it...just enough to over come the barrior, or reach that revanni tower room...

constant effect night eye on a exquisite belt makes so much sense...too handy to leave home without....

constatn effect health amulets are almost too verpowering, i know some people refuse to play with them, casue the game is too easy, very hard to die...

tried to get some constant effect detect creatuers going, but radius is too small, thinking of trying a cast when used, with just the right radius for your main screen map square in lower right hand, but to be effective, you should have all three types... keys, enchantments and animals...note, keys on the floorand enchantment items on the floor show, but not inside chests...i think...will have to test....but creatures works great, and this is special to note...you will only see creatures with "souls" creatures you can soul trap...so npcs, like cassius curio will not be visible...

still handy to have....

this thread is not about mighty enchanted weapons and super sorcerous rings and amulets of blasting, but common, everyday items you need in such a big game as morrowind.....

A bit of armour doesn't go amiss... :p

And don't forget the Restore Fatigue gear - it really pees me off when I'm running from place to place/scaling mountains and I run out of stamina! Then I find a Golden Saint on top of that mountain ridge and don't have enough stamina to kill her in the duration of Soul Trap! Argh.

One question - where do you get Ebony Staves? Is there a reliable source of them for your nefarious activities ;) or do you just cheat them in?

Also, did you know that you can soultrap Vivec?? He has a 1000-point soul as well, apparently :D Just think of all the stuff you could make with that baby in a Star... :D

Can't you just do the main quest the normal way and then go back into Vivec's temple and kill him there? I don't know as I still haven't gotten round to doing the main quest - still too much stuff to do and I can't be bothered to go up to Urshilaku yet... :D

As for other people with huge souls, I don't know of anyone else with one above 400. You'll have to use that one mondo enchantment very carefully...is there anything that can hold that many enchantments?
