enchanting question

where can i find items that have 400+ enchant points, so far the highest i have seen is 150 on my daedric shield.

Have never heard about more than 150 save if anybody have made some itself. The last official add - Adamant Helm - holds 150 and have been met by chorus of wows on that

I'm just curious what size charge a war-wizard skeleton gives your enchanted item. Anybody know?
