Are Sir Kalthorine ut Wistan's "Happy Group" scripts compatible w/ToB?

And if not, is there some other (ToB- friendly) patch out there that would have the same effect (i.e. stop NPCs from trying to kill each other or leaving because of rep/alignment conflicts).
