Some guy in the hlaalu treasury carries it-you can kill him but there will be a high price on your head along with ordiantors hunting you down in the immediate area. Also you could try to pickpocket him.

Im quite bad at remembering names. There is some Dunmer guy standing in front of the barred vault door. Hes dressed casually if I remember correctly. He is the one carrying the key. If all else fails-just save before you attempt to kill/steal and then load if it is the wrong person or if you attempt failed.

i just killed the guy with the key (hes right next to the vault, i taunted him) and he also has this paper that says "By the grace of Almsivi, lords and rulers all

know all dunmer by these words that I, hlaalu Dante (thats my name), have legally purchased the land of rethan manor on the northeast coast of the river odia south of balmora, witness my hand below"

then it gives his name

another problom with the treasrue, i need another key.A ordintor (sp.) has the key i need. Hes also sourounded by 3 other ordintors. i cant kill them all. help

i also have 100 sneak and everytime i pickpocket no matter what, they see me.
