Problem with Thieves quest

Can someone help me?
i've some problems with the thieves quest in Ald' ruhn
they (i can't remember the name...he's in the Rat in The Pot)
ask me to steal from the Mages guild in Ald'ruhn Anaren (something like that at least.. ^_^ ;) Devil Tanto, but i really can't find it...where is it?

Ah that was a tough one had trouble finding it myself but you know at the bottom level where this lady sell herbs..

It's on her top shelf in a chest.

To be a little more specific-its in a small chest on the top shelf of the bookshelf in that room that wiwimu pointed out.
