Well, that is kind of effort...

But how do you think they get in the position to order their army of henchmen around? They have to be able to hire them, you know... or inspire them into following them, whichever... they both take effort.

Hmmm, possibly not the worst, but it's close.

So some vodka would be preferable. Or maybe a nice bottle of Baileys...

You have to admit georgi...it IS amazingly simple for a plan. Fairly easy to put into practice as well.
