Morag Tong--Shara

Post by Gahmuret »

I am trying to find a place called Shara. I have an honorable writ of execution for T___? Belvayn. I think thats his name. Eno Hlaalu told me that he is in Shara, which is on the southwest coast of Sheogorad. I cannot find it. Please help.

Oi. Dont remind me of that darn quest. I literally explored the entire island for that blasted place. And I do mean literally. Found some nice items while searching, though. OK, the reason why I had such trouble was because I didnt realize it was a dome. (Do you know what I mean by dome? Its like a brownish dome sticking out of the ground-there are a few throughout Vvardenfell, there are pictures(Not named) on your map). I believe the place "Shara" is the dome you find on the island on Dagon Fell, that is on your map. (Southeast part of Dagon Fell island). Are you sure that it is SouthWEST? I remember it being SouthEAST. Regardless, that dome on your map is probably what you are looking for. If not, keep exploring the island and keep your eye out for another one of the domes. I hope Im right on this one :)

Im sorry. I got my directions messed up. You were right. It is southwest on the island, not southeast. It was late, I must have been tired when I wrote that.

Thats what i was afraid of. I also searched that ENTIRE island and all the surrounding islands. Yes, I found the dome. but i never could find an entrance. Its just this dome sitting in the middle of nowhere with no doors. Its the only one Ive seen so far with no entrance. Is it hidden, or is the entrance somewhere else?

Ah ha! Yes this was the delemma part 2. Once I got there I asked: "Where in the nine hells is the bloody door?!" It takes a little while to find it-its not hidden-its just kind of far away. Theres a tomb nearby-thats not the entrance. I think there is a pathway a very short walk away to the north. If you see the dome, you are in the right general area-stay close to the dome. Check all the leading pathways around the dome, and eventually youll find the entrance, trust me :)

Thank you Tybaltus. By the way, did you happen to get over to the island directly south of that dome? there is a vampire haven there. Good business trading in vampire dust! Anyway, the vamps got wondering about contracting vampirism, what happens? Do you get enhanced attributes? Is it good or bad?

Yeah, we have had a conversation about vampirism on a different thread. There are many bonuses to attributes but there are many negatives that counteract the bonuses. I, personally, have never risked turning into a vampire, but many people have, and it could be fun to experiment with it. I know for sure that your not popular among the daydwellers (citizens) when you are a vampire.

I had so much trouble finding that place! I did that quest yesterday, the directions they give you are pretty misleading because it doesnt tell you really how far south how far west I ended up going to that Rotheran place and killing everyone, I explored ever bit of that island. it sucked.

Yes, and once you figure out where the blasted dome is, it takes forever to find the door. One of the more annoying quests, but it doesnt rank on my list for 25 most annoying quests in the game, because I had fun exploring the island of Dagon Fell.
