This is the guy that's supposed to know something about Divine Metaphysics and The Egg of Time. His name is not a topic of conversation so I can't ask anyone where to find him. All I know is that he's supposed to be in Balmora. I checked around, but didn't see him. If you ever meet him, let me know, k?
