Hey Fellas. I've got a problem here. I've just finished completing the early Bodhi quest for the Shadow Thieves and have the mace of disruption. I think i read somewhere that you can upgrade it but I need illithium.......now that's a BIG problem cos' I've finished the quest ages ago and its already been used for the church. Any other place in the game where I can find illithium to upgrade this awesome mace?

teh whole point of that quest is not to give some precious illithium to a silly pretentions snot, but to trick him with sub, and KEEP the illitium...the reward for that quest is the illithium...comes in awefully handy, if you have item upgrade mod, and azuredge....

You'll find the illithium when doing a quest for the Church of Helm. You need to first complete the Unseeing Eye quest in order to get it. When given the option of either give the illitium away or to keep it, make sure you keep it.

There is no need to use CLUA and the codes. Instead download ShadowKeeper. This easy to use editor is a must anyway!

Never tried if...........but what kind of influence does it have on the church (and the relationship between the maincharacter and helm) if u dont make sure charles makes a statue for them?

I thought about it.......and I also did the illitium quest with the fake stuff but then charles knows ure faking him.......so he doesnt makes the statue and after that I loaded another save and gave him the real stuff, so I never knew the effect of my actions.

Ahhh........great! Thanks for the reply.
Im glad that this is a good ending anyway.

Cause I prefer doing the things that I would have done in real life...and after my first time through I alwlays got the real illithium (which just didnt feel "right" ).

But how can u justify getting the real illithium ALSO, wenn u allready got the fake??
That is something which bugs my mind..........a well cant have everything.......thx anyway

You don't need to finish the Unseeing Eye quest to get the Sarles quest, btw. Just accepting the Eye quest is enough.
