Sjoring Hard-Heart asked me to kill the Master Theif, Gentleman Jim stacy. He can be fund in Simine Fralinie's book store in Vivec.

Vivec is a big city please help me find him!

Try the Canalworks in the Foreign Quarter.
Remember, there are two seperate parts to the Canalworks.
Remember ........... better late than premature.
