Greetings DW How are you?
Harumpf! I should have written what I intended in a different way.
“Caw, Caw!” The call of the wild calls you. Are you listening? Do you dare challenge their power? Do you dare invade? Nature will always triumph in the end.

The strength of a person can sometimes be measure in how well they fight resistance.

Good that im not alone... Some people gives me sooo bad conscience.
Saw something funny the other day, In sweden there is a law against "baiting against ethinc group" wich recently have been extended to include baiting against homosexuals. Obviously this conflict with some of the teachings in certain religous books, wich in that case could be made illegal. Unfortunatly I see no chances of this taking practical effect, and ill guess they will change the law sooner or later, but i was ROFL when i read it.

Its been more quite than I had expected actually, but perhaps its just taking some time. Or I wonder if people actually *is* indifferent to it... if so, thats great imo.

Well...if something like this occurred in Canada or the US.... the crap would hit the fan fairly quickly....but I think Sweden tends to be a more tolerant society in some regards....

Well...at the risk of curing insomnia in my fellow SYMers.... ..... I am alledgedly working on a Master's dissertation in Canadian Gender and Labour History.
Specifically, I am looking at changing gender roles and relationships within particular industrial unions from about 1940-1955....

Well, I suspect the matter would be more interesting if i did know anything about canadian labour history in the first place.
Are you still enjoying it or are you all fed up by now?

lol!
I am enjoying it... the difficulty is that once you have completed your coursework and are at the research and writing stage it is a very lonely place sometimes.... because you don't have the same level of interaction and exchange of ideas.
Odd.... I am often something of an introvert..partly why academia appeals to me...but I have discovered that I'm actually a social animal...

@Wench: Yes, I think I can relate, being a quite asocial person in general its strange that even rather superficial contact with other people can be missed from time to time.
Something I have to work on no doubt.
