Melissan is, supposedly, the main villain/boss-type of ToB.

She occupies the same position that Irenicus did on the webpage - [url="http://www.interplay.com/bg2throne/index.html"]check it out[/url].
And those claws that clutch the Bhaal skull (in the ToB logo) are from her gauntlet.
