I think it's hilarious when people dress up when they go to the movies, when Harry Potter came out half the first showing was wearing those witch hats, I wonder how many people will dress up this time.

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Might as well come as a kender. :cool:

My, it would have been so much easier if when I'd asked "who is this guy playing Wormtongue anyway?" someone had just said "he's the dude that played Suder in Voyager"...but then, HLD wasn't to know I was a Trekkie now, was he? :p

The Official Site has some awesome new stuff on the various creatures in TTT. :D
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Can't argue with that. Image I especially like the part where they're talking about the wargs and say, "like a badly broken horse, these things are maniacal beyond belief and they're barely kept on the edge of control." Coool. Image

Heh, wondered when the build-up to TTT was going to start... :D Last time I saw the trailer (a couple of weeks ago) it was still the teaser one, but I just took a look at the new one (alas for having no sound :( )... coooooooool! :D But what is this I see? They've gone and done it, haven't they... put in scenes of Gandalf fighting the balrog :rolleyes: I hope they're only a brief (as in a few seconds) flashback and not an extended sequence.

Damn backwards culture on this side of the world, the movie doesn't open here until December 26th... waaaah! :(

I understand that Gandalf gives the balrog a WWF style flying elbow after stating, “I know you didn’t just crack me with that whip, ‘cause you don’t wanna make me beat you down!”

Frodo is mesmerized by the recounting of tale, and is only able to utter the single word, Duuude!” But of course Gandalf better not use his heroics to further his chances with the young hobbit, because Sam will kill him.
Then darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time

TTT looks to surpass FoTR by far IMO, but I'm also looking forward to The Matrix Reloaded and X-Men 2....of course TTT will be the best out of those though :)

I concur, but only concerning TTT and TMR (lol). I didn't like X-men that much and won't probably see the sequell. But the other two here I come ............... :P
