Having Trouble With Endgame

Post by Graeye »

Having Trouble With Endgame **SPOILER ALERT**

I'm a Level 15 Sorceror with Daelan as henchman. (btw, I see posts on here from people claiming to be a Level 19 Sorceror ... how do you even achieve Level 19?? I've killed everything there is to kill to get to 15 !!)

Anyway, I assume that Morag draws all of her power/resistances/whatever from all of the critters behind the statue and I have figured out that each of those critters is vulnerable to the thing they are protecting against (fire, cold, sword, etc.)

I am getting blown away before I can even begin to destroy those critters; I take out the fire guy with 3 fireballs and kill him, but it takes so long that I'm dead by the time I turn to something else.

I tried luring the 2 fighters ("hands") out of the room; it worked with the first one but Morag follows the 2nd one down the passageway and blows everybody away just as I'm killing the 2nd "hand"

Is there any advantage to destroying the statue?

At this point, I have no clue to how to win this fight. There are just too many critters to take out before Morag kills my team.

Heeelllllp.

Spoiler Highlight to see

You don't have to destroy all the critters that protect Morag, just choose one and kill him acccordandly with the means that protects Morag. In your case after taking down the one that grands fire protection to Morag you can now damage Morag with Fire, but you will also need to bypass her premonition? protection to actual do her some damage.

And i to was only level 16 when fighting Morag. :)

EDIT: Please place a spoiler warning at the top of your post.

Buy a few scrolls of Horrid Wilting. Not only is this the best spell in the game but Morag's henchman aren't resistant to it. I took out the whole gang of them with one horrid wilting spell!
