Nope, only in Icewind Dale. However, there is a bag of holding later in the game.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I suspect they'll put one in ToB, since IWD/HoW added potion bags. In the meantime, your only recourse is that overpowered goodie, the Bag of Holding.

There already is a "filing cabinet" in BG2, it's called a stronghold. Each stronghold has many places you can store potions, I prefer the tabel where the knights hung around in the Planar Sphere, or if you do not have a stronghold the casket in the city gate area is nice (where you battle the Lich).
When logic and proportion,
Have fallen sloppy dead,
And the White Knight is talking backwards,
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the doormouse said.

i really hope they get some thing like a potion bag
All those potions need a lot of room to store :(
And i don't like my bag of holding to be filled whit potions.
I think my biggest problem is that i always keep my potions to use them at the right time
but when that comes i still don't drink them :(
