how to select cast when strike?

how to select cast when strike?

when I enchant weapon, I can select touch or self effect. How can I select cast when strike?

First, it have to be a weapon that you enchant. Second I think that some skills don't work with cws but the usual damage bonuses should work if you enchant a weapon
