when to finish off old quests?

im just up to suldanesaler and want to know which chapter is the last in you can finish all the old quests (kill the drags i was too weak earlier

) should i go rigt now? or can i still go evry where at the end of the gam?

Do it now. I don't think you can go back after you confront the main man. After that you're at end of game or in TOB.

You are nearly the end of the game. Get out and go to do all the quests you haven't done yet. And if you haven't killed any dragons yet, well, it's very rewarding. Go!
