skink his quest ahememnu wise woman

Ok skink in the knee or something of the mages guild wants me totalk with the wise woman of the tribe well talking with her she got me the white guar quest and I solved it but I can't get any option to make a meeting with her. How do I fix this ?

Sorry, the wise woman you've been finding the White Guar is no the same you should talk about "arrange a meating", those quests aren't related in any way. The one you have to talk for Skink is in her yurt. She just have (at least) two apprentices, one asks to find the White Guar, another is involved in Skink's quest.
