I suppose so, although I don't really think such a natural and harmless thing should be lumped together with coprophilia, S&M and other species....on the other hand, sex with pregnant women also belongs to the niche market Paraphilia is a strange thing (I recently had a very interesting discussion about paraphilias with a guy who is a leading expert on the subject, he told me about a patient he had who was strongly sexually aroused by windows...especially so when the windows were taken out of their frames...)
