Can anyone help me please?

I had to reinstall windows, selected the upgrade choice (xp) but same version i had. I had to remove nvn, and now when i try and install it, i get to the first screen past enterin the cd key, which is the screen which shows the progress of the install, but it never goes past 0%. I have to use control alt del to exit, and when i do i get an error message for the install. What do I need to do to install the game again?

There can be a few difficulties with the xp if you have not installed it correctly. First check the cpu use .
Press ctrl+alt+delete. Press the third tab from the left. It shall show the cpu use of your computer. I have a Swedish version so I don't know what the tab says on the Eng. version.

With no other programs running in the background the use should be about 2%-10%. The lower the better. If the cpu is high reinstall the xp by booting from the cd and repartition the HD. This should free the memory you need to install NWN.

Have you got any anti-virus software installed? If so turn it off, it can sometimes interfere with an install.
