Where is Louis Beauchamp?

Where is Louis Beauchamp?

I have one little question: where the hell is Louis Beauchamp?
In Bloodmoon I found the wreckage of a crashed airship, and read the journal of its captain. According to it I should get this journal to Louis Beauchamp, who is supposed to be in Ald'ruhn Guild of Mages. But he's not there! Or I am blind...
If someone knows where I can find Louis Beauchamp, please let me know.

He's right outside the mages guild in Ald Ruhn, the guy wearing a robe outside the door.

Well, it seems I am really blind... I appeared inside Ald-ruhn Guild of Mages through guild teleport and I've looked for this guy only inside the building. Thanks for help.
