You can't unless by some slim chance you find out who you killed and resore them with the console...

MAJOR SPOILER

Major Spoiler - I mean it. ITS really a big spoiler. You've been warned.

If you don't want to cheat the guy back into the game try this:

You can still complete the main quest without getting named horator of the three houses or recognized as the Neravarine. You need to advance your char to about level 50 with really high stats in reputation. Just join every guild/cult and do all their quests, escort slaves and pilgrams, etc. Now talk to the someone like the only decent Redoran councilman (the one that sponsers you if you've joined that house) and he'll tell you that the head of the temple in Vivic wishes to see you. If you get that message then you don't have to complete the Neravarine or horator requirements at all. The head of the temple will give you the key to Vivic's inner chamber and you'll be back on track. I've gotten the message from a couple of different people and I specifically remember hearing it from the Redoran councilman and I think from the Urshilaku wise woman. This is one of the two back door methods of getting to Dagoth Ur.

The other way is to kill Vivic and take the guantlet to the last living dwarf along with the Egg of Time, Hanging Gardens and Divine Metaphysics books. The dwarf will interpret the books and tell you how you can use the guantlet so that you can wield the special weapons. Might take all that stuff to Beladas in Gnisis as well as with those three books he can decipher the dwemer writings. I've not tried this method so I can't attest to how it works but the previous method will work as I did just that in my last game, killed Dagoth Ur and then went back to the Ashlander camps afterward to do some of their quests (thats where I quit and restarted though). Good luck.

Given that UncleScratchy has just hawled your posterior out of the fire, bear in mind that wandering around just offing characters is one way to play, but don't expect that to mix with playing the 'questing way'. Don't kill any character that doesn't attack you first OR for whom you don't have a specific 'disposal' instructions. Be careful even with these - there is at least one NPC that will issue kill instructions that should be discussed with others.
