Any interest from anyone here in joining a fantasy league? I am gonna try and set one up, and figured to give folks here a chance to get in if they want.

I was using nfl.com, but it went pay on me.

So far, I got 4 people interested counting me.

What scoring rules will this league be using?

When's the draft?

What does the league winner get?

I might be interested. I led my league in points last year on nfl.com, so they are no longer free? Is Yahoo free?

Yeah, it's free...nfl.com was what I had been using, but I can't use it now. (No CC)

Scoring in the league is as follows.

All TD's, FG, etc are equal to the real life point values.
Passing: QB's get 1 point er 25 yards
WR get 1 point per 10 yeads
Rushing: 1 point per 10 yards.

All turnovers are worth -2.

Defense: Shutouts = 10 points
less than 6 points = 7 points
Can't quite remember the rest, but it goes down in point value pretty evenly after that. Anything over 35 points given up is a -4 penalty. All TO's are 2 point each, and a sack is worth 1 point.

The Draft is Friday, August 22 at 10:15 P.M......it's the only time slot they had left that wasn't right in the middle of the work day.

I will PM all interested with the league ID and password you'll need to set your team up.

Thos are the default rules. The only changes made to those rules are:

QB's get 1 point per 25 yards passing
WR's get 1 point per 10 yards
RB's get 1 point per 10 yards.

And all FG's count for 3 points, regardless of distance.

Also, you get two more spots on your bench to fill out your team.

And playoff take place the during week 16&17

Draft is set for Friday night August 22nd, so anytime before the draft is ok to sign up.

I signed up my team last week, the Jedi Knights.
