I dont know if this is a spoiler but I wont take the chance. Where is the ring of elemental resistence found? or is it randomly placed and you hope you find it? for instance the dragon shield as well? thanks for any replys

Most items are random but there's some easy spots for the ring of elemental resistance.

Highlight for spoiler:

Helm's Hold: Reward for resummoning the guardian
Port LLast: Bookquest from whatshername, you can make one yourself there
Random reward in chests
