Need some help... (Chpt. 2 spoilers)

I have expressed this problem last month in my last topic, but got no replies to this question.

Apparently, Nathaniel disappeared on me, without dying, and hasn't opened up the glacier after I took care of the High Priestesses, 'Caged Fury', yadda-yadda-yadda. Also, I had already given Nathaniel his bag of holding after killing Caithin and 'Caged Fury', but before killing Oria and Lysara. I also took care of getting the repair spell for Oswald's airship going, but something's not right. I have the patch installed as well. Is it a bug, or what?

Here is what I know of Nathanial

Did you give him his ring back?.... after he gets his ring he will leave to break down the glacier wall... you will find the ring in the treasure vault.

I didn't get the chance to give him his ring, that's the problem. HE'S GONE. No cutscene of him breaking the glacier when I exit the table, nothing!

Try looking in the room on your right(if its not on the right try the one on the left) as soon as you go in to level one of the temple then go through the secret door you will find (you should of found some loot in the things by the wall here earlier) Nathaniel might be here.He should also say how when the aurilites try to sacrfice him he manged to escape.
