It's weird,I can't find deekin in his shop at blumberg after I killed the dragon.Could someone help me?

Another question.I want to level up to the arcane archer class,but it's not available.My character (ranger3/wizard3) have already got point blank shot feat and weapon focus in longbow.The attack bonus without any equipment is 6.Do I meet all the requirments?What does BAB mean?

The +6 you have to attack might be inclusive bonus and the BAB means it has to be base attack bonus (that is no dex or str).

Level 3 ranger and 3 wizard only gives a base attack of 4 (3 from the rangers and 1 from the wizard levels). Check the table at p. 157 in NwN manual to see what attack bonus you have.

So you need +2 more before you can take levels in Arcane Archer.
