It's in the Sahaguin City - on a Sahaguin Priestess, IIRC. If you don't go there - No Cloak for YOU!! I'm so glad they weakened it in tactics.

The cloak of reflection (reflects lightning) is what is found in the asylum. This is found on the table in the room with the mad dead who ask you the questions.

Just curious MoKa, your question is closely related to your other thread 'which way'. Did you by chance take the shortcut to Underdark instead of going with Saemon?
