How do I give the letter found under rainbow rock to the high cleric in Homlett? Can't seem to figure it out..... thanks..

you dont need to give him that letter.
this letter is there to tell you of who this artifact belongs to in case you got to that place before you took the quest.
there are some NPC's that can tell you about that place.
