Who gets which experience points? How is that determined?
I notice when I haven't used a character for a while, sometimes I'll get multiple level ups the next time I use them. They somehow gained experience sitting aboard the ship.
Also, sometimes when fighting it appears that the experience points get split (75/75).
Does a character only get fighting experience if they fought the creature? If 2 or more are in on the kill, is it split? Are all experience points shared equally with everyone, even people on the ship at the time, or just some?
