Lag in the Goblin Warrens!

I keep getting a lag in the Goblin Warrens (the entire area not just the fights) and only when the game is unpaused. I had this with 2 games in a row (only have played 2party's untill there).

I have the latest patch, and all the altest driver-updates. Also everywhere else the game runs just fine on maximum settings, while in the warrens it lags even on the lowest settings.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong or if someone else experienced this problem?

this is caused by the game screening each char in your party for both wardstones. here's a link to the fix from Sorcerers Place:

Thanks, although i'm currently in the icetemple i will use it for later games.
