Tribunal Glitch

Post by Dai Shan »

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but here goes...
Recently installed Tribunal and have progressed nicely up to the Brotherhood's sewer headquarters. I reach Dandras Vules and attack him, however, when he is almost dead he spouts some rubbish about a "speedy death". The text that appears repeats itself infinately and there is no way to close the text screen or shut him up. I have re-installed the entire program and can find nothing wrong with any of the files. Has anyone else encountered this glitch?
Any suggestions as to how to deal wit this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is the right forum.

This glitch has come up a lot of times and there is right now only one reason why it happens. You have Bloodmoon installed. If this is the case, disable it unless something about Solstheim is in your journal. When you get up to him, press ~ and type togglescripts and it should stop. If not then maybe some other of the members can help out

Thanks for the pointers, I have now been able to rectify the problem. HOWEVER, now I am in need of some help again, this tiem in Bloodmoon.
I have proceeded the the underground/water caves to gain entrance to the Castle (karstaang or whatever it's name is), and without thinking I have killed the Rickling named Krish. I now know that you have to speak to him to gain further access to the Castle. With no previous saved games I am at a loss. Am I screwed here or is there a way to bypass the problem?

In my opinion, I think you are but I think there are others who know of a way. Sorry I can't be of much help but others will.
