While doing the main quest Hassour Zainsubani just wasn't in the Ald-Skar Inn. I read the walk-through on this site and it says he's supposed to be there. I also checked almost everywhere in Ald-druhn for him. I have two mods in right now, I don't know if those would effect it.
This has to do with the Temple quests. Can anyone explain to me where the Mount Kand shrine thing is? I took the riddle test pilgrimage with the atronachs, and I searched the entire mountain and surrounding area, but cant find the shrine where I'm supposed to complete my pilgrimage.
Also to do with the temple. I'm a diviner and someone in a locked room in the Vivec temple asked me to take over his position. He asked me to go to a shrine of Malacath, offer four daedra hearts and recite something to his statue (I'm guessing to his statue). I went to the shrine inside a Daedric ruin on an island west of the one Dagon Fel is on. His statue acts like an item I can interact with, but nothing happens, and I dont think there are any other shrines of malacath in the Sheograd region. I did do a quest for Malacath before I was told to do this. I'm wondering if that might effect my ability to do this quest.
I think I'm pretty much going to give up now that I can't keep going on with the main quests, the second two questions are just for future reference whenever I decide to pick the game back up again.
A couple problems (spoiler)
About the temple pilgrimage quest, do you mean the first quest you get from any temple before you can get acceptet?
Because if thats the one you mean, you are not supposed to look for a shrine at Mount Kand.
There are shrines at:
Ghostgate
Koral(sp) Caves south of Gnisis
Vivec temple
Vivec Palace
Vivec puzzle maze
The Fields of Kummu
A shrine in Ginisis Temple

There's another set of stairs
There are a double set of stairs to the bottom floor and another set of stairs to a small dining room of sorts. First you have to go up the stairs to the bar area and then look to the right. There is a single stair leading down to the room with the guy you want.

Theres a basement? When you walk in theres stairs that go up to the bar, and two sets of stairs that go to the bottom floor with the rooms and stuff. Am I missing something?

No the Mount Kand one I got from the temple in Molag Mar (maybe, I forget all of those names), the town closest to Mount Kand. It was a newer pilgrimage, I was already pretty far into the Temple by the time they asked me to do this.
Just keep going back in the cave past the three atronachs. Do each of their riddles and continue on the pathway until you get to a large room. At the far end of the room is the shrine. It can only be activated if you do the riddles first.

Wrong statue. The statue you want is west of Dagon Fel and is out in the open. There are four orcs worshipping it who will attack you on site. Just have the daedra hearts in your inventory when you talk to the shrine, you don't have to do anything with them. You will get a message that says you've recited the House of Troubles to the shrine and will get some temporay attribute bonuses (like shrine blessings). Now go back to the head guy in the temple and he will give you the next of the four pilgramages.
