Vamp Attribute Q's

1) I read these posts of char.s who have over 400 strength after becoming vampires. How do I do this, my strength was maxed at 100 before i became a vamp, and now only @ 120. How do I get it Higher?

2) Other chars i see have magicka up to 600, how do you get this much magicka if you only can get intelligence up to 100?

3) Last Q, on the third day after contracting porphoric hemophilia i got woke up by a dream, and continue to have dreams(about blood, decay, vampires, etc), they are repeating the same dreams over and over. Do they stop? And when do you choose your vamp clan and stuff?

If you happened to be a Breton you'd get additional Magicka 0.5xInt. If your birthsign was Atronach you'd have Magicka 2xInt. You also may boost your Intellect far above 100 by spells, items and alchemy.
