I made a little amulet that will teleport me to either the Mudcrab Merchant or the Creeper.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

Nope, with TES - this thing has to be done with a script. It's not hard - just write the script and attach it to an item. Create an item to attach it to by changing the ID of a pre-existing one. The construction set will ask if you want to create a new - click yes, and voila!
