How the heck do I get the disease!!!!????

play Bloodmoon and work on the main quest. During the main quest you will be in a town that is attacked by werewolfs and you get bitten three days later you wakeup a werewolf.
Just play the bloodmoon main quest.

One of two ways:

1) Follow the main Bloodmoon quest

2) Random encounter with a werewolf in the Wilderness (very rare)

If you're interested in the latter and are of high enough level, you'll usually find one north of Thrisk, near the lake. They're lunatics or insane wanderers by day.
